Growing up in Argentina, gelato was part of everyday life for Paula. And after moving to Wisconsin in 2013, she spent years searching for that same experience. But she never found it...
So... we decided to create it ourselves. This is how Desa Gelato was born.
We believe exceptional food has the power to bring people together, it sparks joy and deserves care and craftmanship.
We created Desa to bring a true Italian-style gelato experience to Wisconsin, and help create memorable moments through exceptional food.
Every batch of Desa Gelato is handcrafted by us, using professional Italian equipment, traditional methods, and carefully selected ingredients.
Most people in the Midwest have never experienced gelato the way it was meant to be enjoyed, we want to change that.
You will find Desa's signature gelato cart at select farmer markets, community events, and select pop-up locations throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
